LC shuttered duplex & quad adapters are versatile, and they fit a majority of patch panels, wall-mounts, racks and adapter plates.
These LC shuttered quad adapters are optimized for high density applications, which helps you get more connections when space is at a premium. Our green LC shuttered quad adapters fit standard duplex SC cutouts for patch panels, cassettes, adapter plates, and more. These adapters are the standard wherever high density is the priority, such as in 24 fiber cassettes and other rack mount options.
At Fibertronics, Inc. we offer two variations of LC shuttered quad adapters including full flange and reduced flange. Full flange adapters offer additional stability by screw-mounting, whereas the reduced flange adapters allow for a smaller footprint within the adapter plates. We also offer two other variations of LC shuttered adapters, duplex, and quad. Duplex adapters are designed to fit a standard SC simplex footprint and quad adapters are designed to fit a standard SC duplex footprint.
Our shuttered adapters come with a spring-loaded shutter on the external side of the adapter. This shutter prevents eye hazards and keeps the sleeve free of dirt and debris when not in use. Standard plug-style dust caps are installed on the rear-facing side.
