Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Fibertronics ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Fibertronics ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and other international locations.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Fibertronics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the order invoice date for a full refund, minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
*Network Racks and Wall Mount Enclosures that arrive damaged are refundable at the purchase price, excluding any and all shipping costs.
