Horizontal Splice Enclosures are designed to protect fiber optic cable splicing and joints. They feature a rubberized seal that makes them both dust and weather resistant, they do not allow air or water leaks. These splice enclosures are ideal for outdoor use. These fiber outdoor splice enclosures can be either aerial mounted or used in underground applications. The operating temperatures for these splice enclosures range from -40°C to 85°C. Setup and installation is easy. 

A horizontal splice enclosure is a device designed for space and protection of fiber optic cables is used to assemble them. Whether in an external plant or inside a building, the fiber cable closure will connect and store optical fibers safely.
